I responded "Regarding the concierge – at the end of the last session Andy was estimating 3 or four hours and that he would charge the card on file which I agreed with. The response also stated "I cannot speak to your last concierge session. I contacted my bank and they couldn't understand what the issue might be but that it could only be resolved at the Nioxus end. I received a response saying that the card had been blocked by their bank as high risk. I also mentioned in the email that I hadn't heard form Andy since June. I emailed back and said that I had checked with the bank and they told me there was no issue. In January 2022 I received an email from Terri saying that my credit card was no longer working for processing my membership. By August 6th I had heard nothing and sent an email requesting an update. he said he would charge the card on file and get back to me in a couple of weeks. It was agreed during this concierge session on June 23rd ( which only lasted about 10 minutes and for which I received no recording) that Andy would work on my project with an anticipated 3 to 4 hours required at $150.00 per hour. With a couple of hours notice Andy contacted me to say he had to move the meeting to the following day. I heard back and another concierge meeting was set up for the following week.

I heard nothing back so on June 14th I emailed again. On May 26th I contacted Andy to request another concierge meeting. For this 3rd meeting I had to request the link which I received 3 days later. For my first two meetings I received the link automatically. It's essential to get the recordings for the concierge calls so that you can look back to see what was done during the call. Everything is going great, Andy seems to know what he's talking about and we're making progress. I then booked my third hour for May 10th, this time with Andy. No big deal, it didn't really matter to me so I went with the new time. I booked my second concierge hour but Nioxus requested to change the day and time at short notice. As there was no benefit for block booking I decided to continue to book as each hour was needed.

I contacted support and was told that my Basic membership doesn't allow for the discount and it would cost $750.00. I tried to book but their website (which really isn't great - lots of loops) wouldn't let me.

I booked another full one hour concierge session at $150.00 and during this call David told me that I could book additional concierge hours in a block and get 5 hours for the price of 4. During the concierge call we agreed that Nioxus could help me with implementing some aspects which I didn't have the skills for in Ninox. I then booked a free 15 minute concierge call and communication was great. I joined Nioxus with a basic membership in April 2021 after watching the videos on their YouTube channel so that I could access more content.

With a little effort and organisation on Nioxus' part this could very easily have been a five star review I feel like the sucker who was defrauded when he should have known better. I could not recommend strongly enough that you are not taken in (as I was) by the friendly veneer, and look elsewhere.

There must be other, better and more professional Ninox developers to choose from out there. This review has been a long time coming - I have sat on my hands for months from my first misgivings, and given them plenty of opportunities to put things right. They say they act with integrity but as soon as you want results for the money you have paid, they act defensively, aggressively and unprofessionally. They have now publicly denied that I was ever their customer, which I look forward to demonstrating to be an untruth in court if I have to (and I can demonstrate this so easily, with meeting invitations, emails, invoices, video clips of meetings etc). They don't meet their own deadlines, then act like you have killed their dog if you dare to criticise them for their lack of results, extended delays or frank periods of ignoring you. and masters at stringing you along - all at your expense. Nioxus are, at first, charming, friendly.

I have got to know them well through various meetings at that time for a separate larger project, payable by monthly retainer. It is now March 2021 and I still do not have an app. I paid Nioxus to produce a Ninox-integrated app in full, by two instalments in 2019. Huge expense, long delays, broken promises and no product
